January 2004 - WMD placed second in the Entrepreneurial Design Category at the Western Engineering Conference and Competition in Winnipeg from January 21 to 25, 2004.
	March 2003 - WMD received the communications award for their display at the ASI Exchange 2003 held at the Plaza of Nations in Vancouver on March 11, 2003.
March 2003 - WMD begins work on the beta prototype of the wireless EMG project. Includes miniaturization of the TGE and receiver station.

Wireless Medical Device (WMD) is creating a cutting-edge wireless solution to create independent wireless surface EMG sensors (wEMGs).
